Pure Live Raw Shilajit Resin, 333 ppm Elemental Gold, 100 ppm Elemental Silver

Directions

Dosage: 0.5 - 1.0 grams per day. 1.0 - 2.0 grams for athletes. Dosage may be increased if preferred. Can be taken daily; on the rise or at night.
